All of the members of the senior management team are supported by their respective Function Leads and Site Coordinators. AOC prides itself on our "working managers" approach that is implemented throughout the practice; this includes our Function Leads (Back Office, Surgery Scheduling, Audiology, Front Office, and Billing & Collections) as well as the Site Coordinators assigned at each of our office locations. This "function and system" approach helps to minimize practice overhead, ensure good communication throughout the practice, and maximize the contributions of the many skilled and dedicated employees we have. Our working manager philosophy and emphasis on systems are the backbone of our operational/managerial structure.
