
Dan Chapel

Dr. Dan Chapel, M.D., is a physician with special clinical interest in pediatrics, head and neck diseases, and sinus/nasal surgery. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Missouri and completed his residency in otolaryngology – head and neck surgery at the Medical University of South Carolina Children’s Hospital. He is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology.
Dr. Chapel is an active member of the medical community and on staff for multiple hospitals in the region, including Dignity Health St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center, Banner University Medical Center (Phoenix), Phoenix Children’s Hospital and Medical Center, Banner Desert Medical Center, Surgery Center of Peoria, North Valley Surgery Center and Biltmore Surgical Center. He is currently involved in medical student residency teaching programs at Banner Good Samaritan and St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center.
Dr. Chapel has served on the Board of the Maricopa Medical Society, along with numerous medical staff committees. He is active in research and has had numerous clinical publications. Additionally, Dr. Chapel has been consistently recognized by Phoenix Magazine’s “Top Docs” publication as one of the top ENT physicians in the valley.
Dr. Chapel lives in Phoenix, has two children, and enjoys snowboarding, cycling, and traveling.
