Dr. Gujrathi is a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons and a member of the North American Skull Base Society. Dr. Gujrathi is currently serving as the Chief of Oncology & Robotics at the Head & Neck Institute of Banner University Medical Center (Phoenix). He is a member of both the Skull Base Team at Barrow's Neurological Institute and the CranioFacial Team at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center and has had numerous clinical publications.

Dr. Gujrathi lives in Scottsdale with his wife Stephanie and their five children, and is an NHL fan and occasional player. He volunteers for his daughter's Girl Scouts, and enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and skating with his children.
